This Keizer split-level is a time capsule. The downstairs rec room hasn't been updated since the late 70s and honestly, it works. Wood paneling, a wet bar, built-in speakers, and a record collection that takes up an entire wall.

What to expect

The rec room has a pool table, a vintage Marantz receiver, and shelves of vinyl records. Heavy on classic rock, some jazz, a surprising amount of country. The upstairs living area has a sectional, recliner, and a flat-screen TV. The garage has Portland Trail Blazers memorabilia, signed baseballs, and a glass display case. Kitchen has a Formica dinette set (the real deal, not a reproduction) and a full set of Corningware.
